Jimmy Radcliffe - Long After Tonight Is All Over

Jimmy Radcliffe - Long After Tonigh Is All Over (composed by David-Bacharach)

Musicor, 1042 (1964)

Tonight with you for the first time
I have learned what my lips are for
And darling now that I've kissed you
I'm craving to kiss you more
Let me tell you...

Long after tonight is all over
Long after tonight is all gone
I'll be yours, for ever and a day I'm yours,
come anything that may
You'll always be just everything to me

Here in my arms when I hold you
I can feel that the world is mine
Don't go away, don't you leave me
Or I'll cry til' the end of time
Let me tell you...

Long after tonight is all over
Long after it's all gone
I'll be yours
Come anything that may and I'm yours for ever and a day
Youll always be just everything to me

Garnet Mimms - Looking For You

Garnet Mimms - Looking For You

* United Artists, 951 (1965)

Looking For You... Everywhere !

I miss the touch of your fingertips
The burnin' fire of your sweet lips
How can I go on like this, baby I need you

Since the day you left me
I'm findin' lonely memory
Make it how it used to be

I stop in places we used to go
Ask if they've seen you, well nobody knows
I look for you up and down the street

That's why I'm Looking For You... Everywhere !

There's a pain inside me
Cause' I need you so desperately
I want more than memories

Patti Austin - Loosen Up Your Heart

Loosen Up Your Heart & let me love you

Hey little blue boy, stop your sighing

You're much too handsome to be crying

The world's not coming to an end

You're about to fall in love again

I know you'd be hurt and so rightly

That another girl took your love so lightly

& now you say in love's a game

But every girl is not the same

Just like your love let me down

And so I know how if feeled to be lonely

Don't you know we needed each other so

And I could show you if you're lonely only

Loosen Up Your Heart
and let me love you

Willie Hightower - Because I Love You

Another song from "Soothers & Movers" on Goldmine (only 2 copies in The Mighty Milky Way & I know these pals). Never bored of this compilation, like the old saying goes : "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Why am I always doin' everything you tell me to do ?
Why am I always going out of my way to please you ?

Why do I let you treat me in the way you desire ?
Never do anything about it, all I have do is sittin' and cryin'

I give up my fortune, I give up my faith
Before I would take a chance of losing you baby
Don't you know I give up anything ?

Why whatever you need me
All I do is cry
That's the way it goes, baby
Here's the reason why

Because I Love You (Because He Loves Her)

Pour une poignée de scènes... #1

Chuck Wood - 7 Days Too Long

(That's the B-Side of "Seven Days Too Long")

First time I called you girl
They say you wasn't home
Then second time I tried it
They say you won't be left alone

We have a lot of quarrels yes we have
Like all lovers do
I'm ready to make up
It's all of left to you now

Seven Days Too Long without you baby
Come on back to me now

I feel so break up because i'm alive
Cause' my love is too strong girl to let it down
The source of problem
Cause I see the danger sign you know
It's ripped on your face
Justice (...)

Let's stop playing girl I go sick
i can't stand being without you baby another week
You got me soured, I can't even concentrate
You know good things come, I say good things come (...)
I can't wait no longer listen to me girl

Dobie Gray - Out On The Floor

Out on the floor each night, I'm really movin'
The band's is wailin' right i feel like groovin'
The chicks are out of sight and i am grooving
The crowd is in tonight beggin' for more

I am on the floor tonight, I feel like singin
The beat is running right and guitars are ringin'
I'm really on tonight and everything swingin'
The room is packed out tight, light at the door

I Get My Kicks Out On The Floor

When I'm out on the floor, it makes me feel like a king,
Everybody here, don't you know what I mean
It makes me wanna move (makes me wanna move).
It makes me feel that groove (make me feel that groove).
I wanna twist and shout (makes me twist and shout).
Work it on out (make me work it on out)
